FieldMind ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FieldMind platform at fieldmind.eu.cc. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. By using FieldMind you agree to the practices described here.
Your data is used solely to operate the FieldMind pipeline on your behalf. Address inputs are sent to Google Maps APIs to retrieve imagery. Imagery is processed by AI models to generate scoring and concepts. All outputs are stored in your private account. Usage data helps us identify and fix bugs and understand which features are most useful.
We do not use your data to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or any purpose unrelated to running your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data — including your leads, addresses, or outreach copy — with third parties, advertisers, or other FieldMind users. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, image APIs). These providers are bound by their own privacy terms.
FieldMind does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. A session cookie is set when you log in to keep you authenticated. No cross-site tracking occurs.
Your account data and pipeline outputs are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Access to your data is protected by authentication (JWT issued server-side). Data is stored in a private database not accessible to other users. We apply reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, though no system is completely secure.
